When you commit to living in South Florida year round, as I do, there are some things you give up…tulips specifically and spring generally. there are no difinitive seasons here except the winter months are wonderful without ice, snow and cold. ….but I do miss tulips!

Beautiful! Did you plant all of these? I love the unexpected combination of colors and striped tulips contrasted against the solid.

Planted over several years but two years ago we doubled down and put in a BUNCH. The Child Bride had a knee replacement so we ‘helped” each other. I dug the hole and she dropped the bulbs in. We were late returning from the southern mansion last year and missed the peak but got back a little earlier this spring and decided to share their beauty. Thanks for noticing.
