At five months our little Coco went through her first surgery. The vet kept her overnight and we missed her terribly. But after a few days she was back to her lively, bouncing self chasing her older brother (Scout) all around the house and back yard. A very welcome addition to our pack. She loves to snuggle up, especially when Auntie Leen (the photographer here) comes to visit with her two pups. A house full of fuzzy faces and wagging tails.
Glad to hear)

Glad she is back and OK. We do miss our pets! Coco is the cutest dog ever! π
What was wrong with her? And did the tiny thing have to wear a Cone of Shame too, like my dog recently Little Monkey?

It was her “spay” appointment. No cone but we had to keep her occupied so she didn’t fuss with the incision. She slowed for a bit but puppies have that drive to play that overcomes everything else. Her joyful disposition matches her beauty. We are blessed to have her in our pack.

I thought it might be her spay, but wondered why they kept her in over night?
Never mind, she’s back now π
LM was only in for the day, but I kept on missing her throughout the whole day! eg glance out of the back door and expect to see her sunbathing . . . etc π

Males come home but females stay overnight. Their surgery is more invasive.

Ah I see. π My dogs have all been sterilised before I adopted them, so I didn’t know. π
Glad the little thing is back home safe and sound π
